MARIKA WHITAKER is a text-based installation and ritual artist whose work explores language as an embodied interface where ideological power dynamics play out on an intimate scale. Through a practice of repetitive pinpricking, accumulative touch points and string weaving, Whitaker builds relational text instruments that hold vibrational potential for connection, play, and co-becoming.
